What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to love their MedAura purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We work hard to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times depend on your location, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package. Our goal is to make delivery fast and reliable so your MedAura scrubs reach you as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order size, and you’ll always see the exact cost at checkout. For domestic orders over $80, shipping is free. For orders under $80, standard shipping rates apply. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
