What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to love their MedAura purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We work hard to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times depend on your location, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
